By using MardRisk AI through our Telegram bot, website, or any related interface, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Service Description
MardRisk AI provides AI-assisted financial risk insights, budget guidance, and educational information. The service is intended to help users think more clearly about financial decisions, not to replace professional legal, tax, investment, or licensed financial advice.
3. No Guaranteed Outcomes
We work to make the service useful and accurate, but we do not guarantee that every result will be complete, error-free, or suitable for your exact situation. You remain responsible for your own financial decisions.
4. Appropriate Use
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, or use the platform for unlawful, abusive, or deceptive activity.
5. Payments and Upgrades
Some features may be free and others may require payment or subscription. If paid plans are offered, pricing and included features will be shown on the relevant page before purchase.
6. Intellectual Property
All branding, design, interface content, and original platform materials associated with MardRisk AI remain the property of MardRisk AI unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the service content in a misleading or commercial way without permission.
7. Availability
We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, including for maintenance, security, legal, or product reasons.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, MardRisk AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use of the service, including financial losses caused by reliance on generated outputs.
9. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.

11. Service Activation (Delivery Policy)
Upon successful payment, the functionality of the "Pro" package is automatically activated in the user's account immediately (maximum within 5 minutes).
12. Payment Data Protection
MardRisk AI does NOT collect, process, or store users' bank card sensitive data (card number, CVV/CVC code, expiration date). All payment transactions are carried out exclusively through Ameriabank's secure payment page (vPOS). The user's card data is transmitted directly to the bank's servers protected by SSL/TLS protocols.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any dispute or disagreement shall be resolved through the courts of the Republic of Armenia.
